The Uncategorized employees tab shows any employees from your directory who aren’t currently located within a folder.
Use this page to easily assign these employees to a folder, so you can stay organized.
How to view uncategorized employees
- Log in to the PI software.
- Click the gear icon (
) in the top-right of the navigation bar.

- You will land on the People tab within the Administration page.
- Select the Folders tab.

- Click “Uncategorized employees” on the left-hand side.

- You will see a list of uncategorized employees, along with the date they were “last modified” within the folder.

How to add uncategorized employees to a folder
From the Uncategorized employees tab:
- Click the box(es) next to the employees(s) you’d like to categorize.

- Select the dropdown box titled “Bulk move – select folder.”

- Select the desired folder from the dropdown options.

- Click “Confirm.”

- The employee(s) will be associated with the selected folder.
