What are uncategorized employees?

The Uncategorized employees tab shows any employees from your directory who aren’t currently located within a folder

Use this page to easily assign these employees to a folder, so you can stay organized.

Note: Only organization admins have access to the “Uncategorized employees” page.

How to view uncategorized employees

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Click the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar. 
  1. You will land on the People tab within the Administration page.
  2. Select the Folders tab.
  1. Click “Uncategorized employees” on the left-hand side.
  1. You will see a list of uncategorized employees, along with the date they were “last modified” within the folder.

How to assign an uncategorized job to a folder

From the Uncategorized employees tab:

  1. Click the box next to the employee you’d like to categorize. 
  1. Select the dropdown box titled “Bulk move – select folder.”
  1. Select the desired folder from the dropdown options.
  1. Click “Confirm.”
  1. The employee will be associated with the selected folder.
