This article applies to third-party users in the PI2 platform.
Third-party users ("TPUs") typically consist of external contractors working with an organization, members of a child or parent entity, or consultants who are trained to help implement PI. Because of this, a TPU will often have access to several different PI instances at the same time.
In this article, you'll learn how to hop between different organization or entity views as a third-party user.

How to view another organization or entity's PI account
As the third party user:
Log in using your PI credentials.
You'll land on the PI dashboard.
Click the dropdown in the top-right where it shows the current organization or entity name.
A dropdown menu will open containing a list of all organizations or entities you have access to see.
Select the organization or entity whose PI instance you'd like to switch to.
You will land again on the PI dashboard — only now, you'll be viewing the organization or entity you just selected.
From here, navigate to the specific PI product you'd like to view on behalf of this organization or entity. (The specific products available will depend on the organization's PI subscription.)
Note: PI will remember the last organization you viewed the next time you log in. As a best practice, we recommend heading back to your own "home" account before logging out.
