This article applies to Diagnose users in the PI2 platform who have recently upgraded from the Legacy PI platform.

​If you had historical survey data Legacy PI, that data has been carried over to PI2.

In this article, we'll explain how to access historical survey reports, so you can refer back to previous engagement data.

Important: Imported survey data from Legacy PI is available only as read-only reports. This data cannot be manipulated within the PI2 software or analyzed as part of year-over-year trends.

How to view imported survey reports from Legacy PI

To view existing survey reports from the Legacy experience:

<a href="https://app.predictiveindex.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Log in</a> to PI Diagnose.

You will land on the Survey Center.

Click “Download imported surveys” in the top-right corner.​

A panel will open titled “Download imported reports.”

Find the survey whose results you'd like to view.

Select your preferred download format: either PDF or CSV.

The report will download in the selected format via your browser.

1. <a href="https://app.predictiveindex.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Log in</a> to PI Diagnose.
2. You will land on the Survey Center.
3. Click “Download imported surveys” in the top-right corner.​
 
 
 
4. A panel will open titled “Download imported reports.” 
5. Find the survey whose results you'd like to view.
6. Select your preferred download format: either PDF or CSV.
 
 
 
7. The report will download in the selected format via your browser.

Note: Imported survey report data cannot be modified or manipulated, nor is it included in any year-over-year trends.

However, any <a href="https://docs.predictiveindex.com/en/articles/10579867-importing-organizational-data-diagnose">net-new surveys you send via org upload</a> moving forward will feed into your YoY metrics.
