View Cognitive Subscores

Hire users with cognitive access can now view Cognitive Assessment “subscores” on the Job Fit tab, allowing more-detailed information about a candidate’s results. There are three Subscores (Verbal, Numeric, and Abstract Reasoning), each presented in terms of the number of questions that were correct, missed (i.e., incorrect), and unanswered.

Hire users with cognitive access will also be able to download cognitive results via a downloadable Cognitive Report, accessible via the “Download resources” panel. Users have the option to choose between a “Full” report, which includes the Cognitive Target, cognitive score, and subscores, and a “Simplified” report that only shows the overall cognitive score.
