Enable product admins to edit employee details

Organization admins can now enable the ability for product admins to edit other employees' information. To enable this ability, select the checkbox titled "Allow [person] to edit employee details" from within the admin's own "Edit employee details" page. We hope this functionality allows your organization to delegate data upkeep responsibilities beyond just your organization admin.
