Request interviewer feedback (beta)

Hire users are now able to request, view, and summarize interview feedback on candidates right from the software. We’ve added a new page to the Interview Builder, titled “Interviewer Feedback.” Enter an interviewer’s email, choose whether to include the Interview Guide as an attachment, then click “Request feedback,” and they’ll be invited to share their thoughts on a candidate. Feedback you collect can then be viewed as is, or summarized using AI.
Please note: The Interviewer Feedback page is in beta, and this feature is subject to change.
