Organization admins can now archive employees in bulk through the org upload process. Upload a new file containing all current employees, and you'll see a new screen partway through the process asking how you'd like to handle employees not listed in the file. Choose to archive those employees, and once your file upload is complete, anyone not listed in the new file will be bulk-archived. (You can unarchive these employees at any time.)
We hope this enhancement makes it easier to manage your employee data and retire records you no longer need.
