Streamlined employee page

We've streamlined how users view employee data in Inspire. Previously, each employee page was divided into three tabs: About, Relationship, and Development. The About and Relationship tabs are remaining in place, but Development resources have moved under About for a more consolidated navigational experience.
We hope this change allows you to get the employee data you need in fewer clicks.
