In recent weeks, we've been improving tables across the PI platform to make it easier to filter and sort through data. With this new release, we've added the ability for Hire users to sort Cognitive Fit ratings.
To do so, click the "Cognitive Fit" header from the "Candidates" tab within a specific job.
You can sort from cautionary (or no) Cognitive Fit rating to strong, or vice versa.
We hope this addition makes it easier to review cognitive data with speed and precision.
