[Closed Beta] PI Assistant: New location, user settings, and @name lookup

We've added several new improvements to the PI Assistant to make it easier to access and use.
New location
The PI Assistant previously lived in a tab within Inspire. With this release, the assistant moves to a centralized location in the global navigation bar.
"Settings" button
Users can now click a "Settings" button above their chat history. Doing so will bring them to a page where they can select user-specific settings.
Currently, users can select a single setting: "Response style." Use this setting to determine whether the PI Assistant should use technical language specific to PI science, or plain language.
"@name" lookup
Users can now type "@" when prompting the PI Assistant, followed by the name of a specific employee or candidate.
If the person exists in the PI system, you will be able to select that person so the assistant can pull reports and other relevant data.
Note: The @name lookup does not tag or notify that person.
