Tentative release date: Early July 2026

Previously, PI2 only allowed <a href="https://docs.predictiveindex.com/en/articles/10579934-customizing-software-emails">customization of a single software email</a>: the Behavioral Assessment invitation email. With this upcoming release, you will be able to customize additional candidate emails and brand them with your organization's logo.

Please note: This enhancement is still in active development. Names, visuals, and other functionality may differ between now and release.

Once live, organization admins will see the new functionality by navigating to Administration &gt; Organization Settings &gt; Co-Branding and Email Templates.

You will see a new section, "Logo Upload - Co-Branding," inviting you to upload your organization's logo. Doing so will allow you to automatically brand any emails sent from the PI software with that logo.

Underneath, you will see the <a href="https://docs.predictiveindex.com/en/articles/10579934-customizing-software-emails">software email customization</a> panel that already exists in Organization Settings.

This experience remains largely the same. However, upon release, we will be adding 4 new email templates:

- The Cognitive Assessment invitation email
- The Behavioral Assessment reminder email
- The Cognitive Assessment reminder email
- The Behavioral Assessment completion email

We hope this release allows for a more personalized and authentic candidate assessment experience.
