Account creation

Can I sign up for a PI Hire account with Gmail or another free email service? 
No. Only business email domains are accepted.
What happens if a user from an active PI software account tries to create a new account?
The user will receive the below error message.


This happens regardless of which PI products your organization is subscribed to.
What’s the ideal company size for Hire? 
Hire is appropriate for companies of any size. 

Account permissions, limits, and upgrades

I signed up for a Hire trial. How long does the trial last?
The Hire trial lasts for 7 days.
If I hire multiple people using one job, does it count as using multiple jobs, or just one?
There is no limit to the number of applicants who can take the PI Behavioral Assessment. However, each candidate whose results you choose to reveal will use a credit from your account. 
How do I upgrade my PI Hire account?
You can upgrade your account by contacting your PI consultant

The results of the candidate’s PI Behavioral Assessment are populated with the candidate’s name on the Job Insights page.

Data privacy

Who owns the data in my PI account? 
The administrator(s) of your PI account is the data controller.
Can my PI Consultant access my Hire account?
Yes, but only if you’ve provided the consultant with third-party access.
