Account creation

Can I sign up for a PI Hire account with Gmail or another free email service? 
No. Only business email domains are accepted.
What happens if a user from an active PI software account tries to create a new account?
The user will receive the below error message.

This happens regardless of which PI products your organization is subscribed to.
What’s the ideal company size for PI Hire? 
PI Hire is appropriate for companies of any size. 
How does this version of PI Hire differ from previous ones?
Hire Free & Pro are designed to improve the hiring process for any organization using it—whether they’re looking to fill three roles or 300.

In essence, this is a cleaner, more streamlined version of the previous iteration. Its features are more focused than its predecessor, and it’s designed to offer a seamless, more intuitive user experience.

The updated version further distinguishes itself by way of enhanced Job Assessment, Candidate Activation, and Interview Builder features.

Account permissions, limits, and upgrades

Do I lose access to Hire Free after any set period of time?
No. There is no time limit on Hire Free accounts.
If I hire multiple people using one Job, do those count as multiple Jobs, or just one?
There is no limit to the number of applicants who can take the PI Behavioral Assessment. However, each candidate whose results you choose to reveal will use a credit from your account. 
How do I upgrade my PI Hire account?
Users looking to upgrade their account should contact their PI consultant. 
As a Hire Free user, do I have access to PI Learn?
Yes. PI Learn is a free product.

Job Insights are generated using your job details and best practices from hundreds of hiring managers, millions of data points, and decades of research. 

Data privacy

Who owns the data in my PI account? 
The same data privacy policy applies to free accounts as existing paid clients. The Admin user is the data controller.
Can my PI Consultant access my Hire Free account?
Yes, but only if you’ve provided the consultant with third-party access.
