Understanding your Inspire employee count

Your Inspire employee count represents the total number of Inspire employees registered to your organization’s account.

How do I find my Inspire employee count?

Your Inspire employee count is located within the Manage Employees screen. To find it:

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Click Inspire from the top navigation bar.
  3. You’ll land on the Inspire homepage.
  4. Click the Manage Employees tab.
  5. Look under the Invite a co-worker button.
  6. You’ll see your employee count in the format “X Inspire Employees.”

How is the number of employees calculated?

An “Inspire employee” is anyone at your organization who has completed the PI Behavioral Assessment.

Please note: Pending Behavioral Assessment invitations do not count toward your current employee number. Only invited employees who have completed the BA count toward the number.

For example: Say your organization has 1,000 employees. If 100 employees have been sent the PI Behavioral Assessment, but only 75 have completed it, your current Inspire employee count is 75.

Do all Inspire employees have Inspire access?

An Inspire employee doesn’t necessarily have corresponding access to the Inspire software. Here are some common reasons why:

  1. The person completed the PI Behavioral Assessment but wasn’t invited to join Inspire.
  2. The person was previously invited to Inspire but has since had their software access revoked.

To verify whether an employee has Inspire access, refer to the “Inspire access” column within the Manage Employees tab.

Additional FAQs

What are the ways an employee can be sent the PI Behavioral Assessment?
There are several ways an employee may be invited to take the BA. These include:

– Being invited by an administrator.

– Being invited by a co-worker in Inspire.

– Being added to a team in PI Design.

– Being “marked as hired” in PI Hire.

The ability to send the PI Behavioral Assessment is dictated by a person’s access levels.
I recently revoked a person’s access to PI. Shouldn’t the Inspire count decrease?
Because this person previously took the Behavioral Assessment, revoking their access will not immediately change your Inspire employee count.

Instead, the person will be removed from your Inspire employee count the next time you renew your PI subscription.
What about anonymizing someone’s data? Will that decrease the Inspire count?
Similarly, anonymizing an employee’s record will not immediately impact the Inspire count. Your Inspire count will be updated accordingly the next time you renew your PI subscription.
How do I increase my Inspire employee count?
You can increase your Inspire employee count by upgrading your PI account.
