The Predictive Index’s integration with OneDrive allows you to view the names of OneDrive documents and SharePoint links right from your Perform workspace.
How to connect Perform to OneDrive
- Log in to Perform.
- Click “Settings” on the left-hand side.
- Select “Integrations” from the options.

- You’ll land on the integrations page (linked here).

- Scroll down until you see the OneDrive integration.
- Click on the “Connect” button.

- A window will open prompting you to sign in to your Microsoft account.

- Log in to your Microsoft account.
- Review the list of permissions requested by the integration.
Note: In addition to the PI logo, you will see the properties “WorkPatterns Inc.” and “Charma” on this screen. These are legacy names for PI Perform, and you can treat them as you would Perform.
- Confirm by clicking the “Accept” button.

- You will automatically be brought back to the integrations page in Perform. If the connection is successful, you will see the word “Connected” in green next to the OneDrive integration.

Note: If you see a red banner at the top of the screen, it likely means your business email is tied to a different Microsoft account. Please retry the above steps using the Microsoft credentials associated with the email you use to sign in to Perform.

How does the OneDrive integration work?
Once connected, the OneDrive integration allows you to see the names of OneDrive files and SharePoint links in place of URLs.
For example: If you click the comment button next to a discussion topic, then paste a OneDrive file URL, you will automatically see the name of the file.
Note: Only users who have connected Perform to OneDrive will see the name of files. If a co-worker looks at a file in Perform but hasn’t configured the integration, they will only see the URL.
