Once you’ve familiarized yourself with the concept of behavioral data, you may wish to see how your data compares to a manager, peer, or report.
Every 1:1 workspace now features a Relationship tab. Use this tab to view a Relationship Guide between you and your colleague, and get tips to help you work better together.
Note: Your organization must also be subscribed to PI Inspire to enable access to the Relationship tab.
How to access the Relationship Guide in Perform
- Log in to Perform.
- Select the relevant 1:1 workspace.
- Click the Relationship tab at the top of the page.
- You will see an overlay of your and your colleague’s behavioral data.
How do I use the Relationship Guide?
The Relationship Guide takes your Behavioral Pattern and overlays it with your colleague’s. Use the results to see where you two are similar, and where you’re different.
In this example, David is a Guardian and Ryan is a Captain. David is known to be collaborative, reserved, steady, and precise in the workplace. By comparison, Ryan tends to be more independent, sociable, driving, and flexible.
For quick tips on how to work better together, read the “How to interact with” bullets underneath your colleague’s pattern.
For in-depth relationship insights, including strengths, potential caution areas, and relationship tips, scroll down to the section titled “[Person A] & [Person B]’s Relationship.”
Finally, if you’re just getting to know this person or building a relationship from scratch, scroll to the bottom of the page and review the “Steps to set up a productive relationship” section.
