From real-time to day-ahead planning, this article shows how to update notifications. Customize when and where you’d like to be notified of activities in Perform—whether by email, web browser, and/or chat.
How to change notifications
Head to your notification settings (linked here), or navigate there in your Account Settings:
- Log in to Perform.
- Click “Settings” on the left-hand side.
- Select “Account Settings” under your name.
- You will land on your Settings page.
- Click the “Notifications” tab.
From here, you can modify your email, browser, and chat notifications.
Please note: Some emails are system-based, such as those sent when there are changes to users on your account. These aren’t part of the notification settings.

Why can’t I change my browser notifications?
You must first click the button titled “Enable Browser Notifications.”
After this, a browser pop-up will appear and prompt you to allow notifications. Select “Allow,” and you should see a list of notifications appear within Perform.
