Is it possible to send an employee the assessment without inviting them to the software?
Yes. To do so, import that person’s data via organization file. You will have the option to invite that person to the software. Skip that step, then proceed to send the assessment as normal.

Note: If you change your mind later, you can easily invite that person using the Employee Directory.
I got an error message when sending the assessment. Why?
If you received an error, it’s for one of two reasons:

1. The intended recipient has already completed the PI Behavioral Assessment, so no action is needed.

2. The intended recipient doesn’t have a first and/or last name associated with their PI account email address. To solve this, edit that person’s employee record and add their name.
