This article applies to organization admins in the PI2 platform

PI2 is the latest version of the Predictive Index software.
If you are using a legacy version of PI, this article will
likely not match your experience.

Looking to upgrade your account or get some assistance with your existing plan? Your PI consultant is available to talk through your needs.

How to contact your PI consultant

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Select the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar.
  3. You’ll land on the People tab of the Administration page.
  4. Select the Billing tab.
  5. Click the email address under “PI Consultant” on the left-hand side.
  6. An email client will open, allowing you to send a message.

Where can I see billing information for The Predictive Index?
To review billing information:

1. Log in to the PI software.
2. Select the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar.
3. You’ll land on the People tab of the Administration page.
4. Select the Billing tab.
5. You’ll see a summary of your contact and billing details, as well as information on payment options.
Is there a pre-populated W-9 form for The Predictive Index?
Here’s a copy of a pre-populated W-9 form. You can also find this form within the Billing tab on the Administration page.
I can’t see billing information. Why?
Here are two possible reasons you might not see billing information:

1. You aren’t an organization admin.

2. Your PI subscription is billed through your PI consultant.
