Looking to upgrade your account or get some assistance with your existing plan? Your PI Consultant is available to talk through your needs.

How to contact your PI Consultant

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Select the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar.
  3. You’ll land on the Users tab of the Administration page.
  4. Select the Subscriptions tab.
  5. Click the email address under “PI Consultant” on the left-hand side.
  6. An email client will open, allowing you to send a message.

How do I review my current PI subscription?
To see your current subscription details:

1. Log in to the PI software.
2. Select the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar.
3. You’ll land on the Users tab of the Administration page.
4. Select the Subscriptions tab.
5. You’ll see a summary of your subscription plan(s) and previous purchases.
Where can I see billing information for The Predictive Index?
To review billing information:

1. Log in to the PI software.
2. Select the gear icon () in the top-right of the navigation bar.
3. You’ll land on the Users tab of the Administration page.
4. Select the Billing tab.
5. You’ll see a summary of your contact and billing details, as well as information on payment options.
Is there a pre-populated W-9 form for The Predictive Index?
Here’s a copy of a pre-populated W-9 form. You can also find this form within the Billing tab on the Administration page.
