FAQs
Why can’t I find a certain co-worker?
Why can’t I find a certain co-worker?
If a person doesn’t show up in the Relationship Guide search bar, here are a few ways to troubleshoot:
If the person's data exists in PI Inspire:
Make sure they’ve been sent the PI Behavioral Assessment.
Confirm they’ve completed the PI Behavioral Assessment.
If the person was recently hired using PI Hire:
Make sure they've been marked as "hired." (This ensures the person's information is converted from a "candidate" to an "employee.")
If you recently upgraded to PI2 from the Legacy PI software:
Check your Transferred People page, and verify that all current employees have been moved to the employee directory. (This will ensure they're visible in Inspire.)
Tip: If you've completed these troubleshooting tips and still don't see the employee in the search bar, it's possible your organization admin has enabled behavioral data restrictions that limit who you're able to see in Inspire.

Is it possible to run a Relationship Guide between a current employee and a candidate?
Is it possible to run a Relationship Guide between a current employee and a candidate?
No. Inspire tools such as the Relationship Guide are not validated for hiring and thus cannot be used in conjunction with candidates in PI Hire.
That said, if you've already hired a candidate and wish to run a Relationship Guide between the new hire and someone else on their team (e.g., an onboarding buddy), you can do so.
To run a Relationship Guide between a new hire and a current employee:
Make sure you've marked the candidate as "hired" in PI Hire.
The new hire will appear in your employee directory, and their behavioral data will be accessible from Inspire.
Run the Relationship Guide between the new hire and the current employee, just as you would for any two co-workers.
