This article applies to all Hire users in the PI2 platform.
You can view candidate information, such as assessment status and completion date, from the Candidates tab of the Hiring Center.
How to view candidate information
1. Log in to the PI software.
2. Select Hire from the top navigation bar.
3. You will land on the Hiring Center.
4. Select the Candidates tab near the top of the screen.
5. You will see a list of candidates, along with their associated job, Reference Profile, Behavioral Pattern, and assessment completion status.
Note: If a candidate's Reference Profile or Pattern is blank, it means they have not yet completed the PI Behavioral Assessment. Learn how to resend the assessment.
What candidates do I have access to see?
Which candidates you see depends on your access level.
If you are a Hire admin or organization admin, you will have access to all candidates associated with your organization’s account.
If you are a Hire limited user, you will only see candidates associated with jobs you have created or jobs that have been shared with you.

Is it possible to filter for specific Reference Profiles?
Is it possible to filter for specific Reference Profiles?
No. It is not possible to filter by Reference Profile in this view. This is an intentional design decision, as the presence of a Reference Profile filter might introduce hiring biases, such as only hiring for a specific profile.
That said, you're free to sort by Reference Profile in this view, which may be helpful for administrative and/or data management purposes.
Can I bulk export candidate data as a CSV?
Can I bulk export candidate data as a CSV?
Yes. You can export candidate data from the job page.
Note: The ability to export candidate data is only available via the job page — not the candidates list. We plan to add this functionality in the future.

Why can’t I see “X” candidate?
Why can’t I see “X” candidate?
There are two common reasons you might not see a candidate in Hire:
That person has not been sent the PI Behavioral Assessment. (This means they’re not currently in the PI system.)
That candidate is currently unattached to a job. (They’re in the PI system, but you might not have access to see them.)
To view unattached candidates, request admin access from another admin at your organization.
"X" candidate hasn't completed the PI Behavioral Assessment. Can I resend it?
"X" candidate hasn't completed the PI Behavioral Assessment. Can I resend it?
Yes. From the Candidates tab:
Search the candidate to whom you'd like to resend the assessment.
Click the ellipsis icon to the right of their information.
Click "View candidate details" from the available options.
Click the "Resend" button next to where it says "Behavioral Assessment (Pending)."
You will see a message confirming the assessment was resent.
