Want to share behavioral information about a candidate outside of the PI software? You can do so by downloading or emailing that applicant’s Behavioral Report.
Note: Planning to send the Behavioral Report to a candidate? You can also auto-send the report upon assessment completion.
How to download or email a candidate’s Behavioral Report
Log in to the PI software.
Select Hire from the top navigation bar.
You’ll land on the Hiring Center.
Click the Candidates tab.
Search for the candidate whose data you'd like to review. (Alternatively, you can search for the job currently associated with this candidate.)
Click on the candidate's name.
A panel titled "Email or Download Reports" will open.
Select "Behavioral Report" from the available options.
A panel titled “Download resources” will open.
Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.
Select the desired language from the dropdown options.
(Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.
To download the report(s):
Click the "Download items" button.
A PDF will download containing the candidate's Behavioral Report. (Any additional resources will download as separate files.)
To email the report(s):
Click the "Email items" button.
A panel titled "Email Reports" will open.
Here, you will see the candidate's name along with a summary of any reports you've selected to send.
Next, you will be prompted to select the desired recipients. (By default, the reports will be emailed to you, but you can uncheck this option if you'd like.)
Enter the email of any person to whom you'd like to email the report(s). (You can email up to 10 people at a time.)
You'll also have a chance to preview the email that will be sent to recipients. You can edit the subject line, as well as the message that shows up in the email body.
There's also standard email content included in every report email. You can preview that email by clicking "Preview the full email." (We've also included it below.)
Once you're satisfied with the email message, click "Email report(s)" to send the reports to the recipients.

Yes—the Behavioral Assessment supports 68 languages in total (see: next question). Candidates can choose any one of those languages when taking the assessment.
However, the Behavioral Report is only available in 13 languages (see: previous question).
