The Uncategorized employees tab shows any employees from your directory who aren't currently located within a folder.
Use this page to easily assign these employees to a folder, so you can stay organized.
How to view uncategorized employees
Log in to the PI software.
Click the gear icon (
) in the top-right of the navigation bar.
You will land on the People tab within the Administration page.
Select the Folders tab.
Click “Uncategorized employees” on the left-hand side.
You will see a list of uncategorized employees, along with the date they were “last modified” within the folder.
How to add uncategorized employees to a folder
From the Uncategorized employees tab:
Click the box(es) next to the employees(s) you’d like to categorize.
Select the dropdown box titled "Bulk move - select folder."
Select the desired folder from the dropdown options.
Click "Confirm."
The employee(s) will be associated with the selected folder.
