Not satisfied with the current participation rate for your survey? You can remind employees to complete the survey by sending them a reminder email.
Note: You can only send reminders for surveys distributed via organization data import. (Quick links are 100% anonymous, even to PI, and thus do not support email reminders.)
Tip: Want to give employees additional time to complete the survey? Extend the survey’s end date.
How to send a survey reminder
Log in to the PI software.
Select Diagnose from the top navigation bar.
You will land on the Survey Center.
Select the relevant survey.
You will be brought to the survey’s “Analyze” tab.
Click the “More actions” button on the right-hand side. (You can also access this button from the "Review" or "Distribute" tabs.)
Select “Send survey reminder” from the dropdown options.
A pop-up will appear communicating the number of survey recipients who will receive the reminder email. It will also explain how many additional reminder emails have already been sent up to this point.
Hit “Send survey reminder” to confirm.
A success message will appear in the bottom right, confirming the survey reminder has been sent to the relevant employees.
Note: Only one reminder email can be sent for a given survey per day.
