FAQs

I don’t see an option to edit the survey end date. Why?

You can only edit the end date for surveys distributed via organization data import. (Surveys created via quick link have no end date and must be manually closed.)

I imported org data and still don’t see an “edit survey end date” option. Why?

The “edit survey end date” option is only available for “Live” or “Ready to Close” surveys.

  • If your survey is in “Draft” form, you still need to send the survey.

  • If your survey is “Closed,” it means you’re no longer accepting responses.

Is there a limit to how many times I can edit the survey end date?

No — feel free to extend the survey as needed if you’re unsatisfied with your current participation rate.

If you're shortening the survey length, we recommend doing so judiciously. We also recommend communicating the decision proactively to employees.
