Team tips and reminders

If your organization is subscribed to both Design and Perform, you will now see brand-new team content in Perform group workspaces.
Click “Team tips & members” in the top-right corner of a group workspace to open a side panel containing “conversation tips” based on team strengths, “reminders” based on team cautions, and a breakdown of each team member’s individual strengths and cautions. (Requires team members taking the PI Behavioral Assessment.)
Reviews enhancements

The “Reviews Administration” page has been improved. Perform admins can now view Self and Manager reviews as they are completed (as opposed to once the review cycle ends), and can “transfer review manager duties” from one person to another (e.g., if a manager is on leave). Both actions can be taken using the “more actions” button (three dots) on the right-hand side of a review recipient’s name.
