Hire users can now <a href="https://docs.predictiveindex.com/en/articles/12682540-exporting-candidate-data">export candidate data</a> as a CSV file containing fields such as: Behavioral Job Fit Score, Date BA Completed, Reference Profile, Behavioral Score ID, Date CA Completed, Cognitive Fit, and Scaled Cognitive Score. (Cognitive access is required to export candidate cognitive data.)

We hope this release gives you more flexibility in how you leverage your PI hiring data.

Note: The ability to export candidate data is only available via the job page — not the candidates list. We plan to add this functionality in the future.
