Candidate Relationship Guide

If your organization is subscribed to PI Inspire, you will now also have access to a new candidate Relationship Guide, viewable directly in Hire.
Access the guide by clicking into a candidate, then selecting "Relationship Guide" on the left-hand side.
From the Relationship Guide page, you can compare the candidate with a potential colleague at your organization, such as a manager, mentor, or peer.
We hope this tool allows you to preview working relationships and create better, more personalized onboarding experiences.
Please note: The candidate Relationship Guide is not validated for hiring and should not be used to make hiring decisions. Instead, always compare the candidate to the Job Target for the open role.
