This article applies only to organization admins and third-party users in the PI2 software.
Obi by PI can be enabled (or disabled) at any time by an organization admin at your organization. Learn how to manage Obi access in this article.
Note: Access to Obi is applied at the organization level and can not be granted/revoked on a per-user basis.
How to enable/disable Obi (org admins only)
Log in to the PI software.
Select the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Click "Organization Settings" tab.
Click "AI Settings" on the left-hand side.
Enable (or disable) the checkbox titled "Enable use of AI to answer questions using behavioral data for this organization."
Hit "Save Changes" to confirm.
Obi will be enabled (or disabled).
Note: This is an organization-wide setting. If enabled, all employees with PI user accounts will have access to Obi. Likewise, if disabled, all employees (including admins) will lose access to it unless re-enabled.
