Non-English languages for candidate emails (Hire)

What it solves: Send candidate emails in non-English languages

We are adding the ability for Hire users to send assessment emails to candidates in non-English languages.

Once live, users will see a new "Language" dropdown option in 2 places:

1. "Add candidates" panel &gt; "Send assessments" tab
 
 
 
 
 
2. "Add candidates" panel &gt; "Add another way" tab &gt; "Add candidates with a CSV upload" option

The following 13 languages are supported (including English):

- English
- Chinese
- Danish
- Dutch
- French
- German
- Italian
- Korean
- Polish
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Russian
- Spanish (Spain)
- Swedish

What candidate emails are supported?

The language you select will apply to 5 emails sent to a candidate regarding their assessment status:

- The Behavioral Assessment invitation email
- The Cognitive Assessment invitation email
- The BA reminder email
- The CA reminder email
- The BA completion email
