What it solves: Add an employee via BSID in a single flow

We've streamlined the process for adding an employee based on an existing set of Behavioral Assessment results.

Previously, the process required 2 distinct steps:

Now, we've combined that process into a single, easy step.

Proceed to add a new employee record, as if you were to create one from scratch.

Enter the employee's name and email address, as normal.

Under the "Send Behavioral Assessment" checkbox, you will see a new option: Have an existing Behavioral Score ID? Enter it here.

Expand that option to reveal a new panel prompting you to enter a Behavioral Score ID (along with the date assessed, if available).

Click "Add employee" to confirm.

The employee will be added to your employee directory, and the Behavioral Assessment results associated with that BSID will automatically be associated with the employee's record.

We hope this update allows you to add employees and leverage BA insights with greater speed and fewer clicks.
