FAQ

Where can I find “X” person’s Behavioral Assessment results once inputted?
Upon submitting a candidate’s paper assessment, you will see their results in two places:

1. On the Candidates tab for the relevant job

2. On your candidate list in the Hiring Center
The candidate’s results never showed up. What now?
Here are some ways to troubleshoot (the following steps require admin access):

1. Search the candidate list in the Hiring Center for this person. If the candidate shows up, it means they’re in the system, but may not be attached to a job. Add that candidate to the relevant job, and anyone with access to the job will now see that candidate.

2. If the candidate isn’t searchable in Hire, it’s possible the candidate was accidentally inputted as an employee. To verify, visit your employee directory in Administration, then search for the person again. If the person shows up there, we recommend contacting our support team to get the candidate properly categorized.

3. If the candidate doesn’t show up in either place, it means their results were never recorded within the software. Please try submitting the paper assessment again, then contact our support team if the problem persists.
