Important: If you see a notification saying “You have employees who won’t receive a review,” it means you’re missing data needed to include certain employees in the review cycle. Learn how to fix missing organization data.

Managing existing review cycles

After you’ve drafted or launched a review cycle, return to the Review Administration page.

From the “Review cycles” tab, you will see a list of drafted and in-progress reviews.

You can take the following actions based on the status of your review:

Draft

Click on a drafted review cycle, and you’ll return to your draft so you can make changes or launch your review cycle.

In progress

Click on an in-progress review cycle, and you will be brought to a summary page containing a list of all review recipients along with the status of each person’s review.

You can also track completion rates, how many reviews have been shared, and whether recipients have opened them.

Finally, you can view any person’s completed review by clicking the ellipsis button, then selecting “View final review.” (You can only view a person’s review once their manager has summarized the review and shared it with them.)

FAQs

How does Perform determine an employee’s “minimum tenure”?
An employee’s minimum tenure is calculated based on their “Date of Hire,” a data field that is collected when uploading organizational data in Administration.
Do I have to set a minimum tenure for my review cycle?
No. When asked to set a minimum tenure, you can select “No minimum tenure” from the dropdown options.
Can managers and direct reports submit reviews past their due date?
Yes. The due dates for self and manager reviews are meant as loose guidelines. A person’s review will not “close” after the deadline passes.
Can I modify due dates after a review cycle is launched?
It’s not currently possible to modify due dates once a review cycle is launched. However, these due dates are not hard deadlines and will not lock a person out of completing a review.
Can I reopen a person’s review submission if requested?
Once a self review or manager review is submitted, it cannot be reopened. That said, we plan to add the ability to reopen a review submission in the coming weeks.
All our reviews are in! Can I close the review cycle?
We’ll be adding the ability to close your review cycle in the coming weeks.
