Use the Review Administration page to create and manage review cycles for your organization.
How to launch a review cycle
- Log in to PI Perform.
- Click on “Reviews” on the left-hand side.

- Select “Review Administration” from the options.

- You’ll land on the “Review cycles” tab of the Review Administration page.
If your organization has launched a review cycle before, you can initiate a new one by clicking the “Create new cycle” button in the top-right corner.

Note: If your organization hasn’t launched a review cycle before, you will be prompted to complete the following preliminary steps:
- Update your organization data. (Each employee must have a manager specified in Perform to be included in the review cycle.)
- Create a template to use for this review cycle.
- Set up your review cycle.

Important: If you see a notification saying “You have Perform users that won’t receive a review,” it means you have employees who are missing manager information. Learn how to update manager data.

Managing existing review cycles
After you’ve drafted or launched a review cycle, return to the Review Administration page.
From the “Review cycles” tab, you will see a list of drafted and in-progress reviews.

You can take the following actions based on the status of your review:
Draft
Click on a drafted review cycle, and you’ll return to your draft so you can make changes or launch your review cycle.
In progress
Click on an in-progress review cycle, and you will be brought to a summary page containing a list of all review recipients along with the status of each person’s review.
You can also track completion rates, how many reviews have been shared, and whether recipients have opened them.

Finally, you can view any person’s completed review by clicking the ellipsis button, then selecting “View final review.” (You can only view a person’s review once their manager has summarized the review and shared it with them.)

- Select “Admin Console” from the options.

- Click the “Add member” button.
- Enter the name and email of the person you’d like to add.
- Confirm with “Add member.”
