Using the Feedback page

PI2 is the latest version of the Predictive Index software.
If you are using a legacy version of PI, this article will
likely not match your experience.
Which product version do I have?

Continuous and candid feedback is essential to healthy company cultures and highly productive employees.

Use the Feedback page to give and receive the following forms of feedback:

  • Kudos: Recognition for effort, attitude, and accomplishments of any size. The more celebratory, the better.
  • 1:1 feedback: Appreciating strengths and focusing on opportunities for development in a private, safe space.
  • 360 feedback: Summarizing anonymous input from a manager, peers, and cross-departmental stakeholders to establish clear goals for career growth.
