The 1:1 feedback tab lets you give private feedback to a co-worker.
How to give 1:1 feedback
Head to your 1:1 feedback tab.
Click "Give feedback."
Select the person for whom you'd like to give feedback.
By default, you'll have three templates to choose from:
Use the Blank option when you already know what feedback you'd like to share.
The Strength & Opportunities template contains prompts in the format of "I like that you..." and "I wish that you..." which you can use to guide your feedback.
FeedbackAI leverages machine learning to provide recommended ways to phrase your feedback.
Whichever method you choose, once you submit your feedback for this person, it is kept within your 1:1 workspace to maintain privacy.
