Why can't I export a particular workspace, 360, review, or goal?
Why can't I export a particular workspace, 360, review, or goal?
You can only export data you have access to in Perform. In other words:
Workspaces: You can only export discussion topics and action items from workspaces you have access to view.
Goals: You can only export goals you have access to view. (If an employee's goal is private, you will not be able to export it.)
360s: You can only export 360s you were directly involved with (i.e., as the 360 recipient or the recipient's manager).
Reviews: You can only export reviews you were directly involved with (i.e., as the review recipient or the recipient's manager).
Important: Even if you are a Perform admin, you cannot export 360s or workspace data that you don't have access to.
Exception: Perform admins have access to all employee reviews and public goals. Thus, they can export any employee review, as well as any goal that isn't private to a workspace or individual.
