Having trouble sifting through channels on Slack? AgendaAI reviews these Slack channels for you and suggests relevant agenda items to help you stay up-to-date on big projects.
How to set up AgendaAI
AgendaAI is available as part of Perform’s Slack integration.
Once you’ve connected Perform to Slack, visit a 1:1 or group workspace. If that workspace has an empty agenda, you’ll see a prompt to generate discussion topics using AgendaAI.
If you have an existing agenda, here’s how you can pull up AgendaAI:
- Select the ellipsis button in the top-right corner of the workspace.
- Select “Workspace Settings” from the dropdown options.
- Within the AgendaAI section, select “Edit channels.”
- Add any Slack channels you’d like AgendaAI to review.
- Click “Save” to confirm.
Using AgendaAI within a workspace
Once AgendaAI is set up, you will see a section titled “AI Suggested Topics from Slack” at the top of your agenda. Here, you will see unresolved discussions that may warrant future conversation in a meeting.
Click the plus button next to a prompt, and you’ll convert that item into a discussion topic. (Click the cross, and you’ll dismiss the prompt.)
Dismiss all prompts, and you will be prompted to generate new topics. (Alternatively, you can generate new prompts by clicking the curved arrow in the top-right.)
