Pulling up a Perform agenda within Zoom
To pull up an agenda during a Zoom meeting:

- A window will open displaying all of your 1:1 and group workspaces.
- Select a workspace from the options.

Joining a Zoom meeting from Perform
From a workspace in Perform:
- Click the “Join Zoom Meeting” button at the top of the agenda.
- The Zoom link associated with the meeting invite will open.
Note: You can only open a Zoom meeting from Perform if you’re connected to Zoom and connected to your calendar.
Installation troubleshooting guide
If you encounter an error saying “Please use your work email” when creating your Perform account, it is because you tried to sign up with a consumer email address (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc).
We only allow creating an account with a work email address. You are able to invite people with personal accounts once the account has been created with a company account.
How to uninstall
You cannot disable the Zoom connection from within Perform. Because the app lives within Zoom, you must uninstall it using your Zoom account.
To do so:
- Log in to your Zoom account.
- Click “Apps.”
- Click the gear icon.
- Zoom settings will open.
- Select “Manage Apps.”
- A browser window will open.
- Click “Remove” on the right-hand side.
- Click “Remove” to confirm.
- The app will be uninstalled. You can reinstall it anytime.
