A Behavioral Score ID (BSID) is a unique identifier associated with a specific set of PI Behavioral Assessment results. A person can use a BSID to retrieve their Behavioral Assessment results if ever prompted to take the assessment again.
Why your Behavioral Score ID matters
A Behavioral Score ID is particularly useful if someone has taken the PI Behavioral Assessment in the past (such as at a previous employer) and wants to retrieve their results at their current organization.
For this reason, we always recommend assessment takers record their BSID after they complete the Behavioral Assessment.
How to find your Behavioral Score ID
There are two ways to locate your Behavioral Score ID: by email and within the PI software.
By email
Open the inbox of the email address you used to take the PI Behavioral Assessment.
Search for an email from The Predictive Index titled, “You’ve Completed the PI Behavioral Assessment.”
Click into the email, and scroll toward the bottom.
You’ll see a section titled “Your Behavioral Score ID.”
Within, you’ll find a 10-digit ID with this format: XXX-XXXX-XXX.
Bookmark the email and record your ID for future reference.
Within the PI software
How to find another person's Behavioral Score ID
The easiest way to find another person's BSID is through the PI software.
If this person is an employee, locate their BSID in Inspire or in Perform.
