FAQs

PI says "X" person administered my assessment, but I remember someone else. Why?

If you took the assessment at a previous organization, but someone at your current organization imported your BSID, the system will recognize the more recent person as your assessment administrator.

"X" person is missing from my Inspire employee list. Can I add them via BSID?

Yes. However, to do so, you'll need organization admin privileges.

To add an employee to your Inspire employee list via BSID:

  1. Upload an organization file with the employee's information.

  2. Skip the optional step to send the PI Behavioral Assessment (since you already have their BSID).

  3. Skip the optional step to invite the employee to the PI software (unless you'd like to do so).

  4. They will be added to your employee directory (and, by extension, your Inspire list).

The employee will now be visible in Inspire with their assessment results intact.

Is it possible to grant an employee Inspire software access using their BSID?

It is not currently possible to grant an employee PI software access via BSID. However, there's a workaround:

  1. Click the "Employees" tab.

  2. Click "Copy assessment link."

  3. Post the URL into a new window and hit enter.

  4. You will land on the PI Behavioral Assessment website. At the bottom of the initial screen, click the checkbox: "I have already taken the PI Behavioral Assessment and would like to enter my Behavioral Score ID."

  5. Enter the employee's BSID.

  6. Click "Continue" to confirm.

  7. The employee's data β€” including their Behavioral Assessment results β€” will be added to Inspire.

  8. Return to the Employees tab in PI Inspire.

  9. Search for the employee.

  10. Click the ellipsis button on the right-hand side.

  11. Select "Grant Inspire software access" from the available options.

The employee will receive a software email inviting them to create a PI account and log in to PI Inspire.

An employee took the Behavioral Assessment for another company. Is it possible to retrieve their results / their BSID?

Due to our privacy policy, we're unable to retrieve Behavioral Assessment results that were facilitated by another organization. Instead, the employee would need to request their results or their BSID from the company they previously took the assessment with.
