PI says "X" person administered my assessment, but I remember someone else. Why?
If you took the assessment at a previous organization, but someone at your current organization imported your BSID, the system will recognize the more recent person as your assessment administrator.
Is it possible to add an employee to the Inspire software using their BSID?
Is it possible to add an employee to the Inspire software using their BSID?
It is not currently possible to add employees to the software via BSID. However, there's a workaround:
Send the assessment to the employee (as if they haven't already taken it).
The employee will receive an email inviting them to complete the PI Behavioral Assessment.
Ask the employee to accept the invitation (as if they were to retake the assessment).
On the screen that opens, have the employee select the following checkbox: "I have already taken the PI Behavioral Assessment and would like to enter my Behavioral Score ID."
Have them enter their BSID.
Click "Continue" to confirm.
The employee's data β including their Behavioral Assessment results β will be added to Inspire.
The employee will also receive an email inviting them to create a PI account and log in to the software.
