FAQs

Can Diagnose survey templates be customized?

Yes. Each survey template can be customized with additional custom survey questions, allowing you to ask questions that are personalized to your organization.

Note: While custom questions can be added to any survey template, the actual preset questions included in these templates cannot be customized or removed.

Can I share a survey with another Diagnose user?

Unlike the share a job function in Hire and share a team function in Design, Diagnose does not currently have its own "share a survey" function.

Instead, we recommend granting Diagnose admin access to anyone at your organization who will be responsible for managing engagement surveys, such as an HR admin or L&D leader.
