The Job Report uses your active Behavioral Target to provide detailed insights into your potential candidates and job requirements.
What’s included in the Job Report?
The Job Report includes insights into your potential candidates, including:
Common behavioral drives and needs
Preferred job characteristics
Most prominent Factor Combinations
Common Reference Profiles
The Job Report also includes insights into your current job requirements, including:
A quick summary of the job
The job’s behavioral requirements
Your active Behavioral Target
Your Cognitive Target (if enabled)
How to access the Job Report
Log in to the PI software.
Select Hire from the top navigation bar.
Create a job, or select a job from the Hiring Center.
From the Job Target tab, click “Job Report” on the left-hand side.
Note: If the Job Report option is greyed out, it means you haven’t set a Behavioral Target.
Updating your Job Report
Your Job Report updates any time you update or change your active Behavioral Target.
Example: If you view a Job Report after you’ve created a collaborative target, but later decide to model after a top performer, you can update your Job Report by setting the latter as your active target.
To set a new active target:
Select a job from the Hiring Center.
Under “Behavioral Targets” on the left-hand side, choose the desired target.
Click the “Set as Active Target” button.
This Behavioral Target will become your active target, and your Job Report will be updated accordingly.

You will not see the Cognitive Target if either of the following is true:
You have not set a Cognitive Target.
You do not have cognitive access to see the Cognitive Target.
To request cognitive access, reach out to your cognitive admin.
