What files download to the "My File Downloads" page?
Any admin files that may take time to process — e.g., a bulk employee CSV export, a bulk candidate CSV export — will appear on your My File Downloads page.
Note: Individual downloads — e.g., candidate reports in Hire, employee reports in Inspire — will not show up in My File Downloads. For this reason, only org admins and product admins will see the "View my file downloads" button.
