Bulk download & email employee reports

In 2025, we added the ability for Inspire users to bulk-send an employee's Behavioral Report and other reports to multiple people (an employee, their manager, etc.) at once. However, the ability to bulk-send and/or bulk-download multiple employees' reports was not part of that update.
We're pleased to share that this functionality is now live in Inspire. From the Employees tab (formerly called "Manage Employees"), you can now:
Send an assessment to an employee
Grant an employee access to use the Inspire software
Bulk-download Inspire reports or bulk-send them to employees
Run a Group Analytics report containing a group of employees
We hope this update makes it easier for you to download and share employee behavioral insights at scale.
