We're pleased to share that we've released a series of enhancements — in PI2 and in Legacy PI — to help large PI clients clean up their data ahead of and following their Upgrade date.

Bulk-move candidates to a job (PI2)

Product: Hire

Release type: Enhancement

Date released: August 4, 2026

Who it's for: Hire admins in PI2

What it solves: Associate 1,000+ candidates to a job in bulk

Previously, when bulk-moving candidates between jobs in PI2, had a hard limit of 50 candidates at a time.

We've lifted that cap with this update. Now, clients can move thousands of candidates between jobs at a time.

Bulk-download a CSV from candidate list (PI2)

Product: Hire

Release type: Enhancement

Date released: August 4, 2026

Who it's for: Hire admins in PI2

What it solves: Bulk export 1,000+ candidates to a CSV

Previously, Hire users in PI2 could only download candidate CSV data from within a specific job.

With this update, you can now download candidate CSV data directly from the candidates tab within the Hiring Center.

To do so:

  • Click the "Candidates" tab in Hire.

  • Select the checkboxes next to the candidates you'd like to bulk export.

  • Click the "Actions" dropdown button.

  • Click "Download CSV" from the available options.

The rest of the process remains identical. Users will be asked whether they'd like to include cognitive data (you must have cognitive access to include cog data).

Anonymize employee records via folder (Legacy PI)

Product: Legacy PI

Release type: Enhancement

Date released: August 4, 2026

Who it's for: Account Owners in Legacy PI

What it solves: Anonymize people in bulk using folders

The final enhancement with this update pertains to the Legacy PI experience.

Previously, the "Anonymize People Data" setting within Company Settings supported 2 options:

  • Anonymize by Person

  • Bulk Anonymize by Type

With this update, Account Owners will see a new, third option:

  • Bulk Anonymize by Folder

Use this option to anonymize all employees and/or candidates located within a specific folder.

Important: Bulk anonymization by folder does not apply to jobs located in that folder, just employees and/or candidates located in that folder.
