To move a candidate from one job to another, you need edit access to both jobs in question. Make sure you have been granted edit access to these jobs via Hire's share function.

Is it possible to outright remove a candidate's job association?
No. Once a candidate is associated with a job, it cannot be "unassociated" from a job in Hire. This is intentional functionality, as hiring teams should always be making candidate selection decisions within the context of a Job Target.
Instead of removing a candidate's job association, you can move the candidate to a different job (and Job Target).
Is it possible to associate a candidate with multiple jobs at a time?
Is it possible to associate a candidate with multiple jobs at a time?
No. Currently, a candidate can only be associated with a single job at a time.
If you're considering a candidate for multiple roles, we recommend moving the candidate between jobs as needed or leveraging the "Other behavioral matches" feature.
