Use the “Other matches” feature to search your candidate and employee lists for other potential strong behavioral fits for a particular job.
How “Other matches” works
Each job has its own Candidates tab, from which you can send assessments to candidates and review existing candidate fit data.
Typically, your Candidates tab consists of talent your team has actively recruited for the role, such as via a job ad or a career fair. That said, you may have other candidates in your pipeline (former candidates, current employees, etc.) who would be a good behavioral fit for this role.
With “Other matches,” you can view any potential behavioral matches across your entire Candidates list. This feature will show up to 200 other matches for the role based on their Behavioral Fit rating. You can also sort and filter these candidates by various criteria, then move relevant candidates to the current job for further consideration.
