Finding a candidate’s Behavioral Score ID

A candidate’s Behavioral Score ID (BSID) is a unique identifier that lets them retrieve their PI Behavioral Assessment results if ever prompted to retake the assessment.

How to find a candidate’s BSID in Hire

A candidate’s BSID is located within their downloadable Behavioral Report.

To get there:

  1. Log in to the PI software.
  2. Select Hire from the top navigation bar.
  1. You’ll land on the Hiring Center.
  2. Select the relevant job.
  1. Click on the Candidates tab.
  1. Select the relevant candidate.
  1. Click the download icon () next to the person’s name.
  1. A panel titled “Download resources” will open.
  2. Select “Behavioral Report” from the options.
  3. (Optional) Select the desired language for the Behavioral Report.
  4. (Optional) Select additional resources to download.
  5. Select the “Download items” button.
  1. The candidate’s report will automatically download as a PDF.
  2. Once downloaded, open the PDF file.
  3. You will find the BSID in the header of page 1 of the report, as well as in the footer of subsequent pages. (It is a 10-digit ID with this format: XXX-XXXX-XXX.)
