Updating your Job Report
Your Job Report updates any time you update or change your active Behavioral Target.
Example: If you view a Job Report after you’ve created a collaborative target, but later decide to model after a top performer, you can update your Job Report by setting the latter as your active target.
To set a new active target:
- Select a job from the Hiring Center.
- Under “Behavioral Targets” on the left-hand side, choose the desired target.
- Click the “Set as Active Target” button.
This Behavioral Target will become your active target, and your Job Report will be updated accordingly.
