Viewing or downloading an employee’s Snapshot

Every employee in Inspire has their own Snapshot page. The Snapshot describes a person’s behavioral identity at a glance.

What’s included in the Snapshot?

An employee’s Snapshot includes the following behavioral insights:

• Their Reference Profile
• Their Behavioral Pattern
• Notes about their preferred work style
• Strengths and potential caution areas
• A description of their factor combinations

How to view/download your own Snapshot

To view your Snapshot:

1. Log in to PI Inspire.
2. From the Inspire homepage, find the left-hand box with your name.
3. Click “View more.”
4. You’ll land on your Snapshot page.

To download your Snapshot:

1. Look for your name at the top of the page.
2. Click the download icon () next to your name.
3. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.
4. Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.
5. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download.
6. Click the “Download items” button.
7. A PDF will download containing your Behavioral Report.
8. You’ll find your Snapshot on pages 1–3 of the report.

Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.

How to view/download a co-worker’s Snapshot

To view another employee’s Snapshot:

1. Log in to PI Inspire.
2. Search for the co-worker whose Snapshot you’d like to view/download.
3. Click that person’s name from the dropdown options.
4. You will land on their Snapshot page.

To download another employee’s Snapshot:

1. Look for the employee’s name at the top of the page.
2. Click the download icon () next to their name.
3. A menu titled “Download resources” will appear.
4. Select “Behavioral Report” from the list of resources.
5. (Optional) Select any additional resources you’d like to download
6. Click the “Download items” button.
7. A PDF will download containing the co-worker’s Behavioral Report.
8. You’ll find the person’s Snapshot on pages 1–3 of the report.

Note: If you select additional resources, they will download as separate PDFs.
